As an Independent Turnaround Advocate, I specialize in guiding SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) through financial challenges and fostering sustainable growth. With over 25 years of experience as a senior finance professional in several multinational organizations across different international regions (Middle East, Caspian, Asia and Pacific) and in diverse sectors, I bring cross functional competences in Strategic Planning, Financial Control, Budgeting & Forecasting, managing ERP implementation and more. I have delivered results on a consistent basis during my corporate career through a progressive and cautiously optimistic approach.

My proven ability to dissect an organization’s Business and Financial aspects in any industry through hands-on approach, has allowed me to deliver practical, transparent and sustainable solutions. I follow a process driven methodology that drives success through Governance and ensuring sustainable growth. Start-ups have been a hot topic for few years now. Most of the start-ups have brilliant ideas with some succeeding after a period of turmoil and others continuing to struggle to maintain momentum and relevance. A structured approach will provide the detailed preparation required to explore all scenarios in different business conditions. This is the key to survive, build resilience and increase vitality in a dynamic environment.

The Corona virus is not just a Global pandemic but an imminent restructuring of the global economic and social order in which businesses and society have traditionally operated. Most of the businesses in the SME sector survive for the day with little thought of preparing for the future. This has brought the spotlight back on the processes we follow to better prepare ourselves for the next challenge.

We are in the midst of COVID-19 or Corona virus impacting mankind which is not just a Global pandemic but, an imminent restructuring of the global economic and social order in which businesses and society have traditionally operated.What is important during this time is to keep a close eye on different asset classes and types of investments that has suddenly become very attractive in the current context and provides an opportunity to capitalize once the economy starts to pick up.
